游离于“文化”与“体育”间的武术发展新论

摘　　要：在繁杂纷纭的文化物种竞争中,中国武术表现出高昂姿态:竞技武术的强力推介、传统武术的默默渗透、演艺武术的艺术感染和武术学界的高调宣传,让以美国为首的西方国家的文化民族主义油然而生,不仅产生了强烈“文化赤字感”,甚至将中国武术与“文化侵略”捆绑在一起。基于此种文化偏差,我们必须在武术全球化发展政策上做出理论检讨,对高调的武术宣传舆论理性降温:在国内宜强调“文化”属性,大力推进武术的“文化遗产”传承和保护;对国外宜强调武术的“体育”属性,以免域外民众产生“文化赤字感”。In the competition of the complex and contentious cultural species,the Chinese Wushu showed high posture:the strong promotion of the competitive Wushu,the silent infiltration of the traditional Wushu,artistic infection of performing Wushu and high-profile propaganda in Wushu academia.The emergence of cultural nationalism in Western countries led by the United States not only produced a strong sense of“cultural deficit”,but also tied Chinese Wushu to“cultural aggression”.Based on this cultural deviation,we must make a theoretical review on the development policy of Wushu globalization and promote the rational cooling of the public opinion of the high-profile Wushu:in China,we should emphasize the attribute of“culture”and vigorously promote the inheritance and protection of“cultural heritage”of Wushu.It is advisable to emphasize the attribute of“sports”in foreign countries and avoid the sense of“cultural deficit”of foreign people.
