摘　　要：目的分析痰证相关西医疾病的分布规律及特点。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)1988年1月1日-2018年9月30日痰证相关文献,运用统计分析方法对痰证相关疾病病名,归属系统等进行统计分析。结果初检后文献为8136篇,通过NoteExpress 2.0软件筛选,并以纳入与排除标准为依据,运用统计分析软件最终获得2469篇与痰证疾病相关文献,其中120余种疾病的发生发展与痰证密切相关,涉及循环、呼吸、内分泌、神经、消化、泌尿等系统,其中最常见的有循环、神经系统,其次是内分泌、呼吸系统。结论通过文献研究,痰证与西医疾病关系密切,探索痰证对西医疾病的发展及提高临床疗效有重大意义。Objective To analyze the distribution and characteristics of phlegm-related diseases in Western medicine.Methods 8136 articles related to phlegm syndrome from January 1,1988 to September 30,2018 were collected.The names and attribution systems of diseases related to phlegm syndrome were analyzed by statistical analysis.ResultsAfter the initial examination,there were 8136 articles,screened by NoteExpress 2.0 software,and based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria,using statistical analysis software,2469 articles related to sputum syndrome diseases were finally obtained,of which more than 120 diseases are closely related to phlegm syndrome,involving circulation,respiratory,endocrine,nervous,digestive and urinary systems.The most common diseases are circulation,nervous system,followed by endocrine and respiratory system.Conclusion Through literature research,phlegm syndrome is closely related to western medicine diseases.Exploring phlegm syndrome is of great significance to the development of Western Medicine Diseases and improving clinical efficacy.
