《临证指南医案》论治疮疡病用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的分析《临证指南医案》中叶天士治疗疮疡病的用药规律。方法将《临证指南医案》中治疗疮疡病的医案和方剂录入中医传承辅助平台,进行数据分析。结果共纳入方剂46首,涉及中药125种,使用药物以寒性药、温性药为主,多用苦、甘、辛味药,以肝经、心经、脾经、肺经、胃经为主,使用频率最高的20位中药为甘草、牡丹皮、当归、茯苓、夏枯草、人参、连翘、金银花、生地黄、栀子、郁金、香附、白芍、犀牛角、陈皮、川贝母、赤芍、薄荷、黄芪、薏苡仁,使用频率最高的用药模式为人参-甘草。结论叶天士治疗疮疡病,将局部辨证与整体辨证相结合,重视补益中焦脾胃之气,治病求本,为疮疡病的治疗提供思路。Objective To analyze Ye Tianshi′s medication regularity in“Clinical Guideline Medical Case”in the treatment of sores.Methods Data analysis was conducted by inputting the medical cases and prescriptions in the clinical guidelines for the treatment of patients with ulcers in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform.Results A total of 46 prescriptions were included in the medical record,involving 125 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The main medicines used were cold medicines and warm medicines,mostly bitter,sweet and spicy medicines,mainly using in liver,heart,spleen,lung and stomach.The 20 most frequently used Chinese medicines are licorice,peony bark,angelica,Poria,Prunella vulgaris,ginseng,forsythia,honeysuckle,rehmannia glutinosa,gardenia,turmeric,incense,white peony root,rhino horn,orange peel,chuanbei Female,red peony,mint,astragalus,coix seed.the most frequently used medication mode is ginseng-licorice Docotion.Conclusion Ye Tianshi treats sore disease,combines local syndrome differentiation with overall syndrome differentiation,paying attention to replenishing qi,spleen and stomach,treating the disease and seeking the root,and providing ideas for the treatment of sore disease.
