苓桂术甘汤合真武汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨苓桂术甘汤合真武汤治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2019年7月确诊并住院治疗的CGN患者98例,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组采用苓桂术甘汤合真武汤配合贝那普利治疗,对照组单纯采用贝那普利治疗。两组治疗周期均为4周,观察两组患者总有效率、不良反应(心悸、潮热、腹胀、恶心、尿频、咳嗽、皮疹、疲劳等)以及肾功能[24 h尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)及血浆白蛋白]情况。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不良反应方面,治疗组心悸、尿频、咳嗽、恶心和腹胀发生率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在肾功能改善方面,治疗组24 h尿蛋白定量、BUN、SCr均较对照组降低,血浆白蛋白较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中药苓桂术甘汤合真武汤联合贝那普利治疗CGN较单独使用贝那普利效果显著,不良反应发生率低,可显著改善肾功能,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Lingguizhugan decoction and Zhenwu decoction in treating chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).Methods A total of 98 CGN patients diagnosed and hospitalized from January 2019 to July 2019 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with Lingguizhugan decoction and Zhenwu decoction combined with benazepril,while the control group was treated with benazepril alone.The treatment period of both groups was 4 weeks.Observe the total effective rate,adverse reactions(palpitations,hot flashes,bloating,nausea,frequent urination,cough,rash,fatigue,etc.)and renal function[24 h urine protein quantitation,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr)and plasma albumin].Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.In terms of the occurrence of adverse reactions,the incidence of palpitations,frequent urination,cough,nausea and abdominal distension in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.In terms of renal function improvement,the 24-hour urinary protein quantity,BUN and SCr in the treatment group were decreased compared with the control group,and the plasma albumin was increased compared with the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The treatment of CGN with the traditional Chinese medicine Lingguizhugan decoction and Zhenwu decoction combined with the western medicine benazepril is more effective than the western medicine benazepril alone,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.It can significantly improve renal function and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
