膏方调治肺系疾病的应用策略

摘　　要：文章讨论肺系疾病膏方的应用原则,认为应辨体-辨证-辨病相结合,在疾病不同的时期,采取不同的诊疗策略。其次应因时-因人-因地相制宜,顺应自然界的季节变化规律,根据患者的体质、年龄、性别、环境等因素的不同,选用相应的膏方调治。同时肺系膏方的用药特点以甘凉轻灵见长,用以清润肺脏,或兼健脾燥湿之法,以消生痰之源,或用补肾填精之法,以固纳气之本。列举了常见肺系疾病中慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管哮喘、支气管扩张、肺间质纤维化、肺结节的具体膏方应用方法。This paper discusses the application principles of the prescriptions of Lung Disease Plaster,and believes that the combination of body differentiation,syndrome differentiation,and disease differentiation should be adopted,and different diagnosis and treatment strategies should be adopted at different stages of the disease.Secondly,it should be adapted to the three factors,in line with the seasonal changes of nature.According to patient′s physical fitness,age,gender,environment and other factors,appropriate paste prescription should be selected for treatment.The thesis discusses the medication characteristics of the Paste prescription of the respiratory system,and believes that it is considered to be sweet,warm,light and cold,and is used to moisturize and clear the lungs.Or use the method of strengthening the spleen and dampness to eliminate the source of sputum.Or the method of invigorating the kidney and filling the essence to consolidate the essence of qi.This article lists the specific Paste prescription application methods forchronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),bronchial asthma,bronchiectasis,pulmonary interstitial fibrosis,and pulmonary nodules in common respiratory diseases.
