摘  要:在油田集输管道内壁的阴极保护中,随着运行时间的延长,管道的保护电位逐渐增高,即使使用了被认为穿透力更强的脉冲电流阴极保护技术,被保护管道依然达不到应有的保护效果。分析认为,该问题的主要原因是集输管道中的原油具有黏稠性及高电阻性,附着于电极表面,阻碍了电流的导通。实验研究表明,阴极在电解质溶液中能达到较好保护,而在油水混合液中未能达到有效保护,证实了集输管道中存在的问题。针对该问题,提出应用自洁电极以及超亲水/超疏油材料的对策。When the cathodic protection technology is applied to the inner wall of gathering and transportation pipeline,it is found that with the extension of operation time,the protection potential of the pipeline gradually increases.Even if the pulse current cathodic protection technology with stronger penetration is used,it still can not achieve the protection effect of the pipeline.The analysis shows that the main reason for this problem is that the crude oil in the gathering pipeline has viscosity and high electrical resistance,and it adheres to the electrode surface and hinders the current conduction.The experiments show that the cathode can be better protected in electrolyte solution,but can not be effectively protected in oil-water mixture,which confirms the problem existing in the gathering pipeline.In view of this problem,it is proposed to design self-cleaning electrode and develop super hydrophilic/super oil repellent materials.
