摘 要:目的观察无导线起搏器在核磁共振(MRI)中的成像、位置及安全性。方法选取本院参加国内首次无导线起搏器临床研究的患者,植入美敦力公司兼容MRI的无导线起搏器(Micra),观察术中、MRI检查前、MRI检查后、MRI后1个月及3个月随访时起搏器的参数(包括阈值、感知、阻抗)。结果共6例植入Micra的患者在术后6~8周进行了心脏MRI平扫的检查,其中男性3例(50%),对比植入时、MRI检查前、MRI检查后、MRI后1个月及3个月的起搏器参数,变化无统计学差异(P>0.05)。6例患者心脏成像良好,不影响阅片诊断,所有患者均未见起搏阈值增高、感知异常、起搏器移位、局部皮肤发热等表现。MRI可看清无导线起搏器的形态及与室间隔的关系。结论Micra起搏器术后可安全进行包括心脏区域的MRI扫描检查,有助于明确Micra的心脏空间位置。Objective To investigate the safety of the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)conditional leadless pacemaker and find how the Micra imaging under the 3.0T MRI.Methods A total of 6patients were included from Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University.We analyzed all the pacemaker data of implanting,before MRI,after MRI,one months later after MRI and three months later after MRI.Result There were no significant difference before and after MRI scan.All of the data,including sense,threshold and impedance showed stably.No complications occurred.All of the patients had no complaint during the 3.0T MRI scan.What′s more,we can see the Micra clearly in the MRI scan.Also the MRI scan could show the location of the Micra in ventricle chamber.Conclusion Application of Micra implantation is safe and feasible.3.0TMRI scan can be performed safely.
