摘　　要：化随着人们生活质量的不断提高,化妆品已然成为不可或缺的日常生活用品。化妆品的安全质量问题直接关系到消费者的人身安全,科学监管就成为了最重要的基础。据此,本文通过对国内化妆品监管法规及监管部门现状并联系实际情况浅析我国化妆品监管不足之处,并提出了相关建议,以期我国化妆品行业得以更好发展。With the continuous improvement of people’s life quality,cosmetics has become an indispensable daily necessities.The safety and quality of cosmetics is directly related to the personal safety of consumers,and scientific supervision has become the most important basis.Based on this,this paper analyzes the deficiencies of China’s cosmetics supervision through the domestic cosmetics supervision regulations and the status quo of supervision departments and the actual situation,and puts forward relevant Suggestions,in order to better develop China’s cosmetics industry.
