摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19)是一种新型呼吸道传染病,其病原体为新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)。COVID-19感染蔓延迅速,给人类生命健康带来巨大威胁。在疫情期间,为了保障非新冠创伤骨科限期手术患者的救治质量,提高骨折预后水平,避免在救治过程中出现患者之间、患者与医务人员之间、医务人员之间的交叉感染风险,根据医院及科室自身特点制定了COVID-19疫情期间创伤骨科限期手术患者的管理路径和避免交叉感染的防护措施。本文主要从疫情期间武汉市东西湖区人民医院创伤骨科门、急诊患者接诊流程、入院后管理以及医护和陪护的防护等方面进行总结和概述,希望为各级医院开展创伤骨科限期手术处理提供科学参考。Corona Virus Disease 2019 is a novel respiratory infectious disease infected with the pathogen novel coronavirus 2019(SARS-CoV-2).COVID-19 spreads rapidly and poses a great threat to human life and health.During the outbreak,in order to ensure the quality of the non-novel coronavirus pneumonia infection patients with limited operation in traumatic orthopedic department,to improve the level of fracture prognosis and avoid the risk of cross infection between patients,between patients and medical staff and between medical staff during treatment,and then to resolutely win the outbreak prevention and control of the war,we developed the management path of patients undergoing scheduled orthopedic trauma surgery and protective measures to avoid cross-infection during the outbreak of COVID-19 on the basis of the characteristics of the hospital and the department itself.This paper summarizes the process of receiving and treating orthopedic outpatients and emergency patients from People s Hospital of Dongxihu District,Wuhan during the outbreak in the management after admission,as well as the protective measures of medical care and escort.It is hoped that this review may provide some scientific reference for departments of orthopedic trauma that require limited surgical treatment in hospitals at all levels.
