摘 要:框架桥用顶进法下穿京港澳高速公路进行施工,对其路基路面会造成水平位移、开裂和沉降.施工过程必须及时掌握这些数据来控制施工速度,减少对路基路面造成的破坏,而全过程监测是获得这些数据的重要手段.为了不影响京港澳高速公路繁忙的交通和确保监测人员的安全,本文利用物联网的原理建立了自动化监测系统对其路基路面沉降进行监测:系统自动测量路基路面沉降量;通过无线网络将数据发送到检测中心计算各监测点与基准点的液面沉降差来得到该监测点的实际沉降值;再与控制值比较来判断是否超过报警值.本工程通过自动化监测手段使人员投入量减少了75%,精度与准确性与水准仪测量相较至少提高了3.6%,并确保了框架桥下穿京港澳高速公路施工安全.The frame bridge is constructed by jacking method under the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway. The construction will cause horizontal displacement, cracking and settlement of the roadbed and the pavement. During the construction process, these data must be grasped in time to control the construction speed and reduce the damage to the subgrade and the pavement. The whole process of monitoring is an important means to obtain these data. In order not to affect the busy traffic on the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway and ensure the safety of the monitoring personnel, In this paper, an automatic monitoring system based on the principle of Internet of Things is established to monitor the subgrade and the pavement settlement of the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway. The system automatically measures the settlement of the roadbed and the road surface, sends the data to the detection center through a wireless network, calculates the liquid surface settlement difference between each monitoring point and a reference point to obtain the actual settlement value of the monitoring point, and then compares the actual settlement value with a control value to judge whether the settlement value exceeds an alarm value. In this project, the amount of personnel input is reduced by 75% by means of the automatic monitoring, and the accuracy and accuracy of level measurement are improved by at least 3.6%, which ensures the construction safety of the frame bridge under the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway.
