摘 要:为解决国产间歇式轮转印刷机印刷重影、褶皱甚至断纸等问题,采用理论与实际相结合的方法,在详细分析其工作原理后,确定了影响印刷质量的主要原因是传动系统的多轴转动不同步。设计出基于虚拟主轴控制策略的,可根据偏差范围自动选用模糊控制、模糊自适应PID控制及两者线性叠加的模糊PID复合控制算法。经实验验证,该系统的响应速度、稳定性和印刷精度都得到大幅提高,重影、褶皱、断纸现象基本消失。该算法已投入使用,采用该算法的印刷机运行稳定、可靠,印刷效果远优于传统PID控制,满足使用要求。In order to solve the problems of ghosting,wrinkling and even broken paper in domestic intermittent rotary press,the working principle was analyzed in detail by combining theory with practice,and the main reason affecting the printing quality was determined to be the asynchronism of multi-axis rotation of the transmission system.The fuzzy PID composite control algorithm was designed in which fuzzy control,fuzzy adaptive PID control and linear superposition of the two controls could be automatically selected according to the range of deviation.The experimental results show that the response speed,stability and printing accuracy of the system are greatly improved,and the phenomena of ghosting,wrinkling and paper breaking are disappeared.The algorithm has been put into use,and the printing machine with the algorithm runs stably and reliably.The printing effect is far better than the traditional PID control,which meets the operating requirement.
