中国地区间要素错配对经济发展质量的影响——基于链式多重中介效应模型的实证检验

摘　　要：基于1997—2017年中国省际面板数据,实证研究要素错配对经济发展质量的影响机理,并构建链式多重中介效应模型考察要素错配影响经济发展质量的中介渠道。研究发现:要素错配会显著降低经济发展质量;要素错配可以通过抑制创新能力和延缓产业结构升级的独立中介渠道以及“抑制创新能力→延缓产业结构升级”的链式中介渠道降低经济发展质量,其中产业结构升级渠道的独立中介效应最为突出。进一步,基于分区域样本的检验发现,要素错配对东部地区经济发展质量的降低作用显著,但对中西部地区并不明显。Based on provincial level panel data in China from 1997 to 2017,impacting mechanisms and mediation channels of factor misallocation on quality of economic development are empirically analyzed by constructing a Chain Multiple Mediation Effect Model.It is found that factor misallocation can significantly reduce quality of economic development.The results of Bootstrap Test show that factor misallocation not only leads to decrease of quality of economic development by the two independent mediation channels,inhibiting innovation capability and hindering upgrading of industrial structure,but also reduces the quality of economic development by the chain mediation channel from innovation capability to upgrading of industrial structure.Among those channels,the independent mediation channel of upgrading industrial structure is found as the main channel.Furthermore,by testing the sub-regional samples,it is revealed that the inhibiting effect of factor misallocation on quality of economic development is significant in eastern region,but not significant in middle and western regions.
