摘  要:长泰县金里片区棚户区危旧房改造一期工程,地质条件差,地下水位高,水量补给充沛,周边环境复杂。工程施工中通过对PHC桩施打、冲孔灌注施工、施工降水方法、浮力释放系统的优化和改进,不仅保证了工程结构的安全,而且加快了施工工期,降低了工程造价,取得了很好的综合效益。The first-phase project of dilapidated houses is in the shantytown of Jinli District,Changtai County.The geological conditions is poor,with the high geological water levels and ample water replenishment.The surrounding environment is also complicated.During the construction of this project,through the optimization and improvement of PHC piles,punching and pouring construction,construction precipitation methods,and buoyancy release systems,the safety of the project structure is ensured,but also the construction period is accelerated,the project cost is reduced,and a good result comprehensive benefits.
