摘 要:利用FLUENT软件对磨煤机及可调节煤粉分配器的内部流场进行数值模拟,研究了煤粉分配器内气固两相流的流动特性,并验证其分配效果。结果表明:加装煤粉分配器后,采用百叶窗环及安装浓淡相调节阀可将煤粉分级收集,有效提高了煤粉分配均匀性;对于不同直径的颗粒,煤粉分配器都能达到高效的再分配,随着颗粒直径的增大,分配效果变好、煤粉回流减少。Numerical simulations were conducted on the internal flow field of a coal mill and an adjustable pulverized coal distributor with FLUENT software to study the flow characteristics of gas-solid two-phase flow in the pulverized coal distributor,and to verify the distribution effect.Results show that after installing the pulverized coal distributor,graded collection of coal powder can be achieved by using shutter rings and adding a thick-light phase regulating valve,which can effectively improve the distribution uniformity of the pulverized coal.For differently sized particles,efficient redistribution can be realized via the pulverized coal distributor,and with the increase of particle diameter,the distribution effect becomes better and the backflow of coal powder is limited.
