摘 要:采用FLUENT软件对某600 MW燃煤电厂中间热媒介烟气换热器(MGGH)烟道系统的流场进行模拟,并通过加装导流装置对脱硫塔和MGGH入口及相关烟道流场进行优化,探究新增导流装置对其内部流场的影响。结果表明:MGGH烟气冷却器与烟气再热器压降的数值模拟数据与试验数据吻合。通过加装导流板,可以保证系统内脱硫塔入口、烟气冷却器与烟气再热器入口截面处大部分区域内的烟气速度不均匀度在±0.2内,入口速度偏差系数均低于10%。合理的导流板设计能有效消除弯头以及变截面烟道引起的涡流及流场分离现象,使烟气更均匀地进入MGGH及脱硫塔。The flow field in the media gas-gas heater(MGGH)flue system of a 600 MW coal-fired power plant was simulated using FLUENT software,where a guide plate was subsequently added to optimize the flow fields at the inlet of both the desulfurization tower and MGGH as well as in relevant flue ducts,following which the effects of the newly-added guide plate on above flow fields were analyzed.Results show that the pressure drop in the flue gas cooler and reheater is in good agreement with the experimental data.Via the guide plate,the velocity unevenness could be controlled within±0.2 at the inlet of the desulfurization tower,flue gas reheater and flue gas cooler,and the deviation coefficient of inlet velocity is kept to be lower than 10%.The reasonable design of guide plate can effectively eliminate the eddy and flow field separation caused by elbow and variable sections,and can make the flue gas flow into the MGGH and desulfurization tower more evenly.
