摘 要:针对某320 MW四角切圆燃烧锅炉燃燃烧器,分别在锅炉60%和100%额定负荷下,测试主燃烧器区域贴壁气氛中H2S、CO、NO、O2的体积分数,并通过调整工况获得了贴壁气氛随运行工况变化的规律。结果表明:不同负荷、不同配风方式下,在炉膛水冷壁区域均检测出高体积分数CO,说明炉膛水冷壁区域均存在不同程度的强烈还原性气氛,这是水冷壁产生高温腐蚀的重要原因。建议在运行过程中增加运行氧量,同时控制入炉煤含硫量,加强配煤掺烧,避免水冷壁长期处于还原性气氛下运行而造成高温腐蚀。The near-wall volume fractions of H2S,CO,NO and O2 in the main burner area of a 320 MW tangentially fired boiler were measured at 60%and 100%boiler load,while the variation law of the near-wall reduction atmosphere was analyzed by adjusting the working conditions.Results show that high volume fraction of CO is detected near water wall in the furnace at different boiler loads and in different air distribution modes,indicating that strong reduction atmosphere exists in that area,which is the main cause of high-temperature corrosion.In the process of operation,it is suggested increasing the boiler operation oxygen,controlling the sulfur content in the coal by properly blending with other kinds of fuel,so as to prevent the water wall from high-temperature corrosion resulted from being exposed in reduction atmospheres for a long time.
