摘 要:为了掌握厚煤层综放工作面支架承载特征及矿压显现规律,针对1208工作面生产地质条件,采用KBJ-216型在线监测系统实施矿压显现数据监测,分析了工作面周期来压规律、支架承载特性、实体煤帮支承压力分布规律及区段煤柱支承压力分布规律。研究表明:初次来压步距最大37.6 m,最小25.6 m,平均32.7 m;周期来压步距最大22.4 m,最小12.0 m,平均16.04 m;工作面工作阻力平均值为4 669.45kN,为额定工作阻力的66.71%,分布范围最大在4 400~4 700kN,占统计循环数的58%;巷道超前支护范围至少应达到35 m。In order to master the bearing characteristics of supports and the law of ground pressure behavior in fully-mechanized top coal caving face of thick coal seam,KBJ-216 online monitoring system was used to monitor the data of strata behavior in view of the geological conditions of 1208 working face.The regularity of periodic weighting,bearing characteristics of supports,distribution law of abutment pressure of solid coal wall and abutment pressure of section coal pillar were analyzed.The results showed that the maximum first weighting step was 37.6 m,the minimum was 25.6 m,and the average was 32.7 m;the maximum periodic weighting step was 22.4 m,the minimum was 12.0 m,and the average was 16.04 m;the average working resistance of working face was 4 669.45 kN,which was 66.71% of the rated working resistance;the maximum distribution range from 4 400 kN to 4 700 kN,accounting for 58% of the statistical cycles;the advance supporting range of roadway should be at least 35 m.
