摘 要:中国少数民族文化艺术是中华民族的精神财富,是人类文明的重要成果。少数民族艺术创作对国家形象的塑造具有深远的潜移默化的作用。本文在探讨少数民族题材油画的国家形象构建的基础上,尝试着从美术发展历史的角度,从民族学、社会学及传播学等切入进而研究国家艺术机制。国家艺术机制是少数民族题材油画国家形象塑造的有效实施途径,是制度与文艺引领、树立国家观念的民族认同感和学院派写实主义绘画教学体系的培育与保障三方面共同作用的结果。促进少数民族题材油画创作的健康发展,需要建立良好的艺术机制,为少数民族题材艺术提供良性循环的机制保障,寻求适应新时代要求的少数民族题材绘画的振兴之策,为国家凝聚力的塑造贡献艺术层面的力量,为我们伟大复兴中国梦的实现助力。Chinese minority culture and art is the spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation and the important achievement of human civilization. The artistic creation of ethnic minorities has a profound and subtle effect on the shaping of the national image. On the basis of discussing the construction of the national image of the oil painting of ethnic minorities,this paper tries to study the national art mechanism from the angle of art development history,from the angle of ethnology,sociology and communication. The national art mechanism is an effective way to implement the national image of oil paintings of ethnic minorities. It is the result of the joint effect of the system and literary leadership,the national identity that strives for the national concept,and the cultivation and guarantee of the academic realism painting teaching system. In order to promote the healthy development of the creation of minority-themed oil paintings, it is necessary to establish a good artistic mechanism to provide a mechanism guarantee of a virtuous circulation of minority-themed arts,to seek the revitalization of minority-themed paintings that meet the requirements of the new era,and to contribute to the shaping of national cohesion and contribute to the realization of our great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.
