摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略,促进乡村高质量全面发展是当前和今后一段时期内国家的重要任务。新时代乡村振兴战略背景下的乡村治理,要以习近平总书记关于乡村社会治理的重要论述为根本遵循,以马克思主义中国化理论成果中的基层治理思想为重要遵循,借鉴西方治理理论,通过创新服务理念,构建科学合理的现代乡镇治理体系来促进乡镇政府治理现代转向;通过增强基层党组织的凝聚力,提高村民委员会治理能力、提高乡村社会组织的服务能力、提高村民的治理能力来提升多元治理主体的治理能力,促进新时代乡村治理现代化。It is an important task for the country to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization and promote the overall development of rural areas with high quality at present and in the future,and it is also an important subject urgently needed to be tackled by the party and the government.China’s rural political governance in the new era of Rural Revitalization must be guided by Xi Jinping’s important exposition on rural social governance,followed by the grassroots political governance thought in the theoretical achievements of Marx’s Sinicization.Using western governance theory for reference,by innovating service concept and constructing scientific and reasonable modern township governance system,we can optimize"township government"to promote the modern transformation of township government governance,enhance the cohesion of grass-roots party organizations,improve the governance ability of villagers’committees,improve the service ability of rural social organizations,and improve the governance ability of villagers,so as to optimize"village governance"and enhance the governance of multiple governance subjects To promote the modernization of rural governance in the new era.
