阿托伐他汀联合他嗪治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究冠心病心绞痛患者应用阿托伐他汀联合他嗪治疗的效果。方法:2017-07~2018-07本院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者82例,按随机表法分为实验组(n=41)、对照组(n=41),实验组:阿托伐他汀+他嗪治疗,对照组:阿托伐他汀治疗,观察两组治疗效果、血脂水平、心功能、不良反应发生率。结果:实验组治疗效果(92.68%vs75.61%)高于对照组,血脂水平、心功能优于对照组,不良反应发生率(4.88%vs21.95%)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病心绞痛患者应用阿托伐他汀联合他嗪治疗的效果显著,既可明显提高治疗效果,又可改善血脂水平、心功能状态。Objective:To study the effect of atorvastatin combined with tazidine in the treatment of angina pectoris patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 82 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the first affiliated hospital of jiamusi university from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected.The experimental group was treated with atorvastatin add tazidine,while the control group was treated with atorvastatin only.The therapeutic effect,blood lipid level,cardiac function and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results:The therapeutic effect of the experimental group was 92.68%higher than that of the control group 75.61%.The serum lipid level and cardiac function of the experimental group were better than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.88%lower than that of the control group(21.95%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Atorvastatin combined with tazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris has a significant effect,can improve the level of blood lipid and cardiac function of patients,has a certain clinical significance.
