银离子藻酸盐敷料在术后感染切口中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨银离子藻酸盐敷料对术后切口感染的应用效果。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在常规清创后应用银离子藻酸盐敷料,而对照组在常规清创后采用利凡诺敷料,观察两组患者的换药次数和切口完全愈合时间。结果:与对照组相比观察组的换药次数为(27±8.49)次,切口完全愈合时间为(16.58±6.57)d,明显缩短,二者相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银离子藻酸盐敷料具有良好的控制伤口感染及促进伤口愈合的作用,使用银离子藻酸盐敷料处理感染伤口的换药能够缩短住院天数,减少换药次数及费用。Objective:To investigate the effect of silver ion alginate dressing on postoperative wound infection.Methods:A total of eighty patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with silver ion phycoate dressing after conventional debridement,and the control group was treated with rivanol dressing after conventional debridement.The Times of dressing change and the time of complete wound healing were observed.Results:Compared with the control group,the number of dressing changes in the observation group was(27.10±8.49)times,the incision healing time was(16.58±6.57)days,the recovery time of the observation group was significantly shortened,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The silver ion alginate dressing has a good effect on the control of wound infection and the promotion of wound healing.
