血清维生素D及雌激素水平与男性寻常型银屑病发病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨维生素D(25-(OH)D3)及雌激素水平与寻常型银屑病发病机制的关系及其与疾病严重程度的相关性。方法:采用化学发光法,检测45例男性寻常型银屑病患者(且按照PASI评分)及20例健康人血清中维生素D(25-(OH)D3)和雌二醇水平。结果:实验组与对照组比较实验组血清维生素D(25-(OH)D3)水平降低、血清雌二醇(E2)水平降低,但实验组血清水平与疾病严重程度(PASI评分)无明显相关性。结论:寻常型银屑病的发病可能与维生素D(25-(OH)D3)缺乏及雌激素水平有关。Objective:To investigate the relationship between vitamin D(VitD)and estrogen levels and the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris in men and its correlation with disease severity.Methods:Serum levels of vitamin D and estradiol(E 2)were determined by chemiluminescence in 45 male patients with psoriasis vulgaris(PASI score)and 20 healthy subjects.Results:Serum levels of vitamin D and estradiol decreased in patients with psoriasis compared with healthy subjects,but there was no significant correlation between serum levels of vitamin D and estradiol and disease severity(PASI score)in patients with psoriasis.Conclusion:The incidence of psoriasis vulgaris may be related to vitamin D deficiency and estrogen level.
