文化治理视域下的公共数字文化服务标准体系研究

摘　　要：文章在阐释文化治理的工具性、价值性、多元性、多样化和现代性特点的基础上,分析我国公共数字文化治理中存在的问题,指出加强公共数字文化服务标准体系建设的维度,提出文化治理视域下公共数字文化服务标准体系建设须优先考虑资源整合、服务创新、空间再造、考核评估等事项。On the basis of explaining the instrumentality,value,pluralism,diversity and modernity of cultural governance,this paper analyses the problems existing in the governance of public digital culture in China,and points out three dimensions to be considered in strengthening the construction of the standard system of public digital cultural services in China.This paper puts forward four priorities for the construction of modern public digital culture service standard system in China from the perspective of culture governance:resource integration,service innovation,space reconstruction and assessment.
