摘  要:中国科学技术大学图书馆紧紧围绕学校“双一流”建设的要求,以学校2019“一流本科教育质量提升年”为契机,借鉴中国科大创办初期教学模式和国内外相关经验的启示,建设教学学习中心,创新以课程为中心的文献资源采访和组织模式,为高校图书馆的服务升级进行探索和实践;为教师和学生在课堂之外搭建一个交流和沟通的平台,实现教学相长,师生共创一流。As the university launched a yearlong project to improve its undergraduate program in 2019,the USTC Library participated by building the Teaching and Learning Center.Inspired by the initial teaching mode at USTC and experiences from similar projects at domestic and foreign universities,the Teaching and Learning Center creates a course-centered literature resource acquisition and organization model and explores possible ways to enhance university library services.Serving as a platform for communication between students and teachers outside the classroom,the Teaching and Learning Center urges the teaching side and the learning side to help each other grow to provide a first-class education.
