公共图书馆开展信用服务的实践与对策——以合肥市图书馆为例

摘　　要：随着社会信用体系建设的推进,公共图书馆开始尝试引入信用服务。合肥市图书馆作为全国首批15家开通基于芝麻信用服务的公共图书馆,现已取得了一定的实践经验。文章对合肥市图书馆信用服务的现状进行了研究,提出了优化公共图书馆信用服务的对策。With the promotion of social credit system construction,public libraries begin to introduce credit service.Hefei library,as one of the first 15 public libraries in China to open Zhima Credit service,has gained some practical experience.This paper makes a research into the status of credit services in Hefei Library,and puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the credit service of public libraries.
