摘　　要：以具清凉刺激性的挥发油组合物加入辅料制成凝胶膏体,通过单因素筛选、正交设计实验对辅料进行筛选、优化,通过成型性能进行评价。结果组方挥发油0.5 g,β-环糊精1.0 g、高岭土0.6 g、海藻酸钠0.3 g、阿拉伯胶0.2 g、聚丙烯酸钠NP-7000.2 g、甘羟铝0.1g、EDTA 0.1 g、甘油12 g、酒石酸0.2 g、纯化水2.5 g;原料与基质辅料能较好地结合并保留较强刺激性气味。To make a matrix of refreshing gel by adding excipients to the volatile oil mixture,single factor screening and orthogonal design experiments were used to screen and optimize the excipients,and took molding performance as evaluation index.The resulting formulation was as follows:the volatile oil mixture 0.5 g,β-Cyclodextrin 1.0 g,Kaolin 0.6 g,sodium alginate 0.3 g,arabic gum 0.2 g,sodium polyacrylate NP-7000.2 g,aluminium glycinate 0.1 g,EDTA 0.1 g,glycerol 12 g,tartaric acid 0.2 g,purified water 2.5 g;and the raw and auxiliary materials can be well integrated and keep refreshing smell.
