摘  要:通过采用响应面分析法优化青皮竹叶中总黄酮的热回流提取工艺。以异荭草苷计总黄酮的提取率作为评价指标,在考察单因素实验的基础上,利用Box-Behnken响应面分析法确定最佳提取工艺条件。青皮竹叶中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间74.27 min,提取温度63.27℃,乙醇比例52.26%,液料比为25.57 mL/g,此条件下模型预测总黄酮提取率为17.07 mg/g。响应面优化得到的热回流提取工艺合理、可行、可靠,是提取青皮竹叶中总黄酮类化合物的有效方法。Response surface methodology was used to optimize the reflux extraction condition of total flavonoids from Bambusa textiles leaves.After studied on the single factor,Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used for confirming the best extraction condition based on the extraction yield of total flavonoids from B.textiles leaves.The optimum extraction conditions for total flavonoids was as follows,extraction time 74.27 min,extraction temperature 63.27℃,52.26%of the ethanol concentration,25.57 mL/g of liquid-solid ratio.Under this condition,the extraction yield of total flavonoid was 17.07 mg/g.The extraction condition obtained by response surface methodology was reasonable,feasible and reliable,and was an effect method to extract the total flavonoids from B.textiles leaves.
