摘　　要：昔布类药物是一类选择性抑制环氧合酶2的非甾体抗炎药,能够降低胃肠道的副作用,近年来基于它普遍的心血管疾病风险,也研发出了艾瑞昔布这样药物进行解决。而昔布类药物有相似的合成特点,本文我们主要对国内的昔布类化合物的合成专利进行了综述,并结合我们在这方面的工作进行了阐述。Coxibs,a class of NSAIDs that selectively inhibit COX-2 and can reduce gastrointestinal side effects,has also been developed in recent years to address such drugs as Imrecoxib based on its general risk of cardiovascular disease.Here in the synthesis of different kinds of coxibs were summarized and we also discussed them together with our present work.
