摘 要:以壳聚糖、纳米级Fe3O4和板栗壳纤维等为主要原料,以戊二醇为交联剂,合成磁性壳聚糖,同时掺杂板栗壳纤维,制备磁性壳聚糖/板栗壳纤维复合材料(MCS-CF),用来吸附废水中的六价铬金属离子。分别考察了MCS-CF的投加量、pH、六价铬离子的初始浓度、反应的温度和所需的时间,对MCS-CF去除Cr(Ⅵ)离子的影响。探究得到:当MCS-CF投加量为16 g/L,pH为4,吸附时间4小时,吸附温度为30℃时,对六价铬离子的去除率可达81.34%。Using chitosan,nanoscale Fe3O4 and chestnut shell fiber as the main raw materials,using pentanediol as the cross-linking agent to synthesize magnetic chitosan and doping chestnut shell fiber at the same time to prepare magnetic chitosan/chestnut shell fiber composite material(MCS-CF),used to adsorb hexavalent chromium metal ions in wastewater.The effects of the dosage of MCS-CF,the pH,the initial concentration of hexavalent chromium ions,the reaction temperature and the required time were investigated respectively on the effect of MCS-CF on the removal of Cr(Ⅵ)ions.Through investigation,when the dosage of MCS-CF is 16 g/L,pH is 4,adsorption time is 4 hours,and adsorption temperature is 30℃,the removal rate of hexavalent chromium ion can reach 81.34%.
