摘 要:针对生产综合废水阴离子表面活性剂含量高致DF膜污堵严重,产水量急剧下降,系统无法运行的问题,采用“模块化电化学机-锰/碳过滤器”为预处理单元进行改造中试应用。结果表明,经过模块化电化学机预处理后,出水中LAS质量浓度为0.05~0.13 mg/L,去除率可稳定达99.0%以上。在未更换DF膜运行120 min内,原有工艺DF膜系统产水率下降至31.0%,而工艺改造后产水率仍维持在82.8%,保证了系统正常稳定运行。Aiming at the problems of DF membrane fouling seriously caused by high anionic surfactant content which existed in the domestic and production wastewater,the water production rapidly decreased in DF system and the inability of the system to operate,the“modular electrochemical machine-manganese and carbon filter”was used as a pretreatment unit for pilot improvement application.The results showed that after pretreatment by the modular electrochemical machine,the LAS mass concentration in the effluent was 0.05~0.13 mg/L,and the removal rate could be stabilized to more than 99.0%.Within 120 minutes of operation without replacement of the DF membrane,the water production rate of the DF membrane system in original process dropped to 31.0%,however,the water production rate was maintained at 82.8%after the process improving,which ensuring normal and stable operation of the system.
