摘 要:汽车制造行业表面处理及涂装工序废水处理产生大量物化污泥,因其含有重金属离子、油脂等污染物,属于危险废物,对其进行脱水干化深度减量可有效节省污泥外运处置成本。本文以某大型客车股份有限公司新能源客车废水处理站物化污泥脱水干化工程为例,介绍了低温真空脱水干化一体化技术装备在汽车涂装废水污泥脱水干化领域的应用情况,经该技术装备处理后,污泥含水率可从含水率95%一次性降至20%以下,相比传统污泥脱水工艺,实现污泥减量75%,同时对恶臭及粉尘进行了有效控制,具有良好的经济和环境效益。A large amount of physicochemical sludge is generated in the surface treatment and coating process wastewater treatment of the automobile manufacturing industry.The sludge is defined as hazardous waste due to the inclusion of heavy metal ions,oils and other pollutants.Deeply dewatering and drying could effectively save the cost of sludge transportation and disposal.This study takes the physicochemical sludge dewatering and drying project of New Energy Bus wastewater treatment station in a large bus company as an example,to introduce the application of Low Temperature Vacuum Dewatering and Drying Integrated Technology and Equipment in the field of automobile coating wastewater sludge dewatering and drying.After being treated by the technology and equipment,the moisture content of the sludge can be reduced from 95%to less than 20%at one time.Compared with the traditional sludge dewatering process,the sludge volume reduction is 75%,and the odor and dust are effectively controlled,with good economic and environmental benefits.
