摘  要:因医药企业有机废气来源广泛且成分复杂,根据分类分质处置原则,采用吸收与吸附等预处理工艺后再结合蓄热式热力燃烧(RTO)工艺对其进行末端处理,从而实现达标排放的要求。检测结果表明,排气筒出口非甲烷总烃、二氯甲烷和DMF排放浓度分别为7.70、18.53和4.37 mg/m^3,对应排放速率分别为0.11、0.27和3.5×10^-2 kg/h,所有检测指标均符合《化学合成类制药工业大气污染物排放标准》(DB33/2015-2016)和《制药工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB37823-2019)。本项目净化系统总处理能力45000 m^3/h,投资费用1862万元,运行费用约为20362.4元/天。Since the organic waste gas of pharmaceutical enterprises comes from a wide range of sources and has complex components,according to the principle of classification and qualitative treatment,it is treated by the basic pretreatment processes such as absorption and adsorption,and then summarized by the regenerative thermal combustion(RTO)process.The results showed that the concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons,dichloromethane and DMF at the outlet of the exhaust cylinder were 7.70,18.53 and 4.37 mg/m^3,respectively,and the corresponding emission rates were 0.11,0.27 and 3.5×10^-2 kg/h,respectively.All of the detection indexes in conformity with the emission standards of air pollutants for pharmaceutical industry Chemical synthesis products category(DB33/2015-2016)and the Emission standard of air pollution for pharmaceutical industry(GB 37823-2019).As the processing capacity of the system is 45000m^3/h,the investment cost is 18.62 million yuan,and the operation cost is 20362.4 yuan per day.
