摘 要:为解决有机固体废弃物问题,一些发达国家和发展中国家已经实施有机固体废弃物管理战略,如堆肥和蚯蚓堆肥。然而由于病原菌耐热突变体的存在,这些生物处理技术并不能完全削减有机废物中的病原微生物。已有研究表明,有机固体废弃物在堆肥处理后许多病原菌仍能存活。蚯蚓堆肥作为一种处理有机固体废弃物的新型技术可以显著降低堆肥体系中病原菌的丰度,是一种很有前景的卫生技术。本文阐述了有机固体废弃物堆肥处理后各种病原菌的削减状况及其潜在机理,旨在为实现有机固体废物的卫生处理提供理论依据。Waste management strategies for organic residues,such as composting and vermicomposting,have been implemented in some developed and developing countries to solve the problem of organic solid waste(OSW).However,due to the existence of thermotolerant mutants,these biological treatment technologies don't completely reduce the pathogenic microorganisms in OSW.It has been shown that many pathogens can survive after compost of OSW.As a new technology of OSW treatment,vermicomposting can signficantly reduce the abundance of pathogens in the composting system,which is a promising health technology.This review describes the reduce status and potential mechanism of various pathogens after composting of OSW,in order to provide theoretical basis for the realization of the sanitary treatment of OSW.
