摘  要:以中国石化广州石化公司1.0 Mt/a连续重整装置为研究对象,通过列举装置能耗分布,分析装置各部位的用能情况,找出影响装置高耗能的部位,从提高换热效率、提高加热炉效率、降低电耗、增产中压蒸汽等方面提出节能改造措施。落实上述措施后,装置能耗逐年下降,在中国石化同类装置中处于能耗较佳的水平。Taking 1.0 mt/year Continuous Catalytic Reforming Unit in SINOPEC Guangzhou Company as the research object,by listing the energy consumption distribution of the unit,analyzing the energy consumption situation of the various parts of the unit,finding out the high energy consumption parts of the unit,and proposing energy conservation measures from the aspects of improving heat exchange efficiency,improving the efficiency of the heating furnace,reducing electricity consumption and increasing the production of steam.After the implementation of the measures,the energy consumption of the unit decreased year by year,and it was at the higher energy consumption level in the similar devices of Sinopec.
