强脉冲光联合克拉霉素分散片治疗中度寻常痤疮的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨强脉冲光联合克拉霉素分散片治疗中度寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法80例中度寻常痤疮患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者口服克拉霉素分散片治疗,实验组患者采用强脉冲光联合克拉霉素分散片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、色素沉着情况、治疗前后全球痤疮分级系统(GAGS)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,实验组和对照组患者的治疗总有效率分别为70.0%、32.5%,实验组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的色素沉着率12.5%低于对照组的45.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前GAGS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组GAGS评分均较治疗前有所下降,且实验组GAGS评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论强脉冲光联合克拉霉素分散片治疗中度寻常痤疮,安全且疗效显著,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light combined with clarithromycin dispersible tablets on moderate acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 80 patients with moderate acne vulgaris were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by oral clarithromycin dispersible tablets,and the experimental group was treated by intense pulsed light combined with clarithromycin dispersible tablets.The clinical efficacy,pigmentation status,global acne grading system(GAGS)score before and after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group and control group were 70.0%and 32.5%respectively.The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pigmentation rate 12.5%of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group 45.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in GAGS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,GAGS score of the two groups was lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was obviously lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Intense pulsed light combined with clarithromycin dispersible tablets is safe and effective in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris,and it is worthy of promotion.
