摘　　要：目前新型冠状病毒肺炎(novel coronavirus pneumonia,NCP)疫情形势依然严峻,作为湖北以外疫情非高发地区,基层综合医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科的疫情防控有其自身特点,为了在防控疫情的同时更好地开展必要的门诊日常诊疗工作,杜绝医护人员感染,本文结合我科在这方面的经验举措,分享门诊诊疗实践,以期对湖北以外疫情非高发地区的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科同道有所帮助。The current situation of the novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP)epidemic situation is still severe.As a non-high incidence area outside Hubei,the epidemic prevention and control of its primary otolaryngology head and neck surgery has its own characteristics.At the same time,it is necessary to better carry out the necessary daily outpatient diagnosis and treatment work to prevent infection by medical personnel.This article combines our department's experience and measures in this area to share outpatient diagnosis and treatment practices.I hope it will be helpful to otolaryngology head and neck surgery colleagues in areas with high outbreaks outside Hubei.
