摘　　要：随着现代医学模式的转变以及医疗技术的进步,传统诊疗模式的局限性已不能满足患者的就医需求,开展整合、个体化的多学科协作诊疗模式成为大型综合医院发展的趋势。本文就该模式目前的发展现状、优势进行了阐述,并对其出现的问题提出对策和展望。With the transformation of modern medical models and the advancement of medical technology,the limitations of traditional diagnosis and treatment models have not been able to meet the needs of patients for medical treatment.The development of integrated and individualized multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment models has become the development trend of large-scale comprehensive hospitals.This article expounds the current development status and development advantages of the model,and proposes countermeasures and prospects for the problems in the development of the model.
