摘  要:研究常用的三类水性润滑剂聚醚、磷酸酯以及聚酯在全合成磨削液中的抗磨、减摩、极压性能,同时考察三类润滑剂对全合成磨削液防锈性能、抗硬水性能的影响。结果表明:在全合成磨削液中,聚醚具有良好的抗磨性,但极压性不佳,磷酸酯具有良好的极压性,但抗磨性表现一般,而聚酯在抗磨和极压性能方面均表现比较突出;聚醚具有很好的抗硬水性,而磷酸酯和聚酯的抗硬水性较差;聚醚和聚酯对全合成磨削液的防锈性无影响,而磷酸酯对铸铁具有一定的腐蚀性。The anti-wear,friction reducing and extreme pressure properties of three types of water-based lubricants frequently used in synthetic grinding fluid such as polyethers,phosphate esters and polyesters were researched.The effects of three types of lubricants on the antirust and hard water resistance of synthetic grinding fluid were investigated.The results demonstrate that polyethers have excellent anti-wear property but poor extreme pressure,phosphate esters have good extreme pressure property but common anti-wear property,while polyesters have outstanding anti-wear and extreme pressure properties.Polyethers have good hard water resistance,while phosphate esters and polyesters have poor hard water resistance.Polyethers and polyesters have no effect on the antirust of the synthetic grinding fluid,while phosphate esters have a corrosive effect on cast iron.
