摘 要:为分析不同位置雌蕊糖分积累与子房膨大率的调控机制,以文冠果花序雌蕊为材料,观察去顶处理后不同位置花序雌蕊的外部形态发育过程,测定雌蕊中多种糖含量和蔗糖相关酶活性的变化。结果表明:文冠果顶花序、侧花序和转化花序在发育前期均为两性花。在发育后期顶、转化花序雌蕊发育成接收花粉的两性花,侧花序雌蕊发生败育成为提供花粉的雄花。不同位置花序子房膨大率的大小依次为:顶花序>转化花序>侧花序。去顶处理后雌蕊的糖含量和酶活性与顶花序差异不大,总糖含量、蔗糖含量和合成酶(SPS)活性显著高于侧花序,分解酶(SS-DD)酶活性显著低于侧花序,主要表现在发育后期。顶花序雌蕊中总糖和蔗糖含量与子房膨大率显著正相关,在发育中后期,合成酶(SS-SD、SPS)正向调控糖积累,SS-DD负向调控糖积累。侧花序雌蕊中总糖和葡萄糖含量与子房膨大率呈显著正相关,在发育中期SPS正向调控糖积累。去顶后转化花序雌蕊中蔗糖和葡萄糖含量与子房膨大率显著正相关,在发育前期SPS正向调控葡萄糖积累,发育后期SS-SD正向调控蔗糖积累。To analyze the regulation mechanism of Xanthoceras sorbifolium pistil sugar accumulation and ovary expansion rate at different positions,the inflorescence pistil of X.sorbifolium was used as material,the external morphological development process of the inflorescence pistil at different positions after the top removal treatment were observed,and the changes of various sugar contents and sucrose-related enzyme activities in the pistil were determined.The apical,lateral and transformed inflorescence were all bisexual flowers in the early stage.After that,the apical and transformed inflorescence pistils developed into bisexual flowers that receive pollen,the lateral inflorescence pistil aborted into a male flower that provides pollen.The ovary expansion rate at different positions was as follows:apical inflorescence>transformed inflorescence>lateral inflorescence.The sugar content and enzyme activity had not much changed from the apical inflorescence after the top removing.The content of total sugar and sucrose and synthetase(SPS)activity were significantly higher than that of the lateral inflorescence.The decomposition enzyme(SS-DD)enzyme activity of the transformed inflorescence pistil was significantly lower than the lateral inflorescence,mainly in the later period.The total sugar and sucrose content in the apical pistil were significantly correlated with the ovary expansion rate,in the middle and late stages of development,synthetase(SS-SD,SPS)positively regulates sugar accumulation,and SS-DD negatively regulates sugar accumulation.The content of total sugar and glucose in the pistils of lateral inflorescence was significantly positively correlated with the ovary expansion rate,and SPS positively regulated sugar accumulation in the middle of development.The sucrose and glucose contents in the pistil of transformed inflorescence after topping were significantly positively correlated with the ovary expansion rate,SPS positively regulated glucose accumulation in the early development period,and SS-SD positively reg
