摘  要:为解决2万箱集装箱船舱口盖精度控制,以大连海运中远川崎船舶工程有限公司的2万箱集装箱船首制船建造过程为例,从舱口盖加工和装配两个方面,分别在配套厂家和船厂进行了精度控制技术方案设计,分析该船的焊接技术实施保障和工程管理实施保障,达到保障该船舱口盖精度控制的目的。In order to improve the accuracy control of the hatch cover of large container ship,the construction process of the 20000 TEU container ship built by Dalian COSCO KHI Ship Engineering Company Limited was analyzed.From two aspects of hatch cover processing and assembly,the precision control technology schemes were designed respectively in supporting manufacturers and shipyards.The implementation guarantee of welding technology and engineering management of the ship was analyzed to achieve the purpose of ensuring the accuracy control of the hatch cover.
