摘 要:针对平地建造的大型平台或船舶下水时,采用液压平板车、载重滚动小车而造成成本高、利用率低,以及风险大等难题,设计一套滑板式滑移下水系统,将平台或船舶移动至半潜驳上,再移到合适水域下水。以平地建造的自升式风电安装船下水为例,介绍滑移形式、牵引方式、下水方式等。半潜驳制定详细的调压载方案,并对其结构进行有限元数值分析。结果表明,应用该系统进行下水作业,减少了下水过程中遇到的风险,使整个作业过程安全、可靠、高效。For the difficulties of high cost,low utilization rate,high risk caused by the use of hydraulic flatbed trucks and heavy-duty rolling trolleys when large platforms or ships built on flat ground were launching,a skateboard sliding launching system was designed to move the platforms or ships to semi-submersible barge,then float off to the appropriate water.Taking the launching of a self-elevating wind power installation ship built on flat ground as an example,the slipping form,traction method and launching method etc.were introduced.A detailed ballast plan was formulated for the semi-submersible barge,and its structural strength was assessed directly by FEA.The results showed that the application of this system greatly reduces the risks encountered during launching,and makes the entire process safe,reliable and efficient.
