摘 要:为保证大型船坞龙门吊建造项目的顺利施工,提高建造质量及精度,提出钢结构分段划分原则及余量加放方案,采取抛物线进行主梁预拱设计,明确主梁、刚性腿、柔性腿的建造难点在于精度控制,制定建造施工方案,针对其各自特点提出控制焊接变形具体的工艺方法。对龙门吊进行完工检验,所有指标满足设计要求。To ensure the construction project of large scale dock gantry crane,and improve its quality and precision,the segmentation principle and margin increment scheme were proposed to guide construction.The parabolic curve was used to design the main beam pre-camber.The construction difficulties for main beam,rigid leg and flexible leg were also point out.The construction schemes were made,and some concrete processing methods were given to control welding deformation.The completion inspection of the gantry crane showed that all the indexes meet the design requirements.
