Objective To investigate the relationship between uric acid,Cys C,blood lipid, urinary pH and the formation of kidney stones. Methods The peripheral blood and urine samples of 150 patients with kidney stones(stone group)and 100 healthy patients(control group)were retrospectively analyzed from March 2,2016 to April 11,2017.The correlation between kidney stones and blood uric acid,Cys C,blood lipids and urine pH values was analyzed. Results All the stone components were mainly calcium oxalate stones which accounted for 94.7%.The blood uric acid,Cys C and blood lipids in the stone group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in urine PH value(P>0.05).The level of serum uric acid was the highest in the calcium oxalate stone group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High blood uric acid, hyperlipidemia and high Cys C in Liaoshen area may affect the formation of kidney stones.Early control of high uric acid, hyperlipidemia and high Cys C is probably the key to prevention and treatment of kidney stones.
