摘　　要：本文介绍了银联卡组织“四方模式”的清算体系架构、并通过用例和实验结果帮助读者理解跨行清分、收单清分、资金分户管理、资金划拨和账务核算的全流程设计思想,对其他清算组织和第三方支付机构有借鉴和启示作用。this paper introduces the unionpay organization"quartet model"of liquidation system architecture,and through the case and the experimental results to help readers to understand an inter-bank household management and distribution,single distribution,funds,funds transfer,and the whole process and design idea of financial accounting,the liquidation organization and other third-party payment institutions have reference and enlightenment function.
