氧氮液化设备低温液体泄漏的原因分析与处理研究

摘　　要：氧氮液化设备是现代化工业生产的重要设备,在设备冷却、低温物理学研究、工业制冷和化学检测等领域都有着大规模的应用。本次研究就氧氮液化设备发生低温液体泄漏事故进行分析,介绍事故发生后查找事故原因和相关处理手段,初步提出预防低温液体泄露事故发生的相关措施,期望能为相关机构和人士提供帮助。Oxygen and nitrogen liquefaction equipment is an important equipment in modern industrial production.It is widely used in equipment cooling,low temperature physics research,industrial refrigeration and chemical detection.This study analyzed the low-temperature liquid leakage accident occurred in the oxygen and nitrogen liquefaction equipment,introduced the cause of the accident and relevant treatment measures after the accident,and preliminarily proposed the relevant measures to prevent the low-temperature liquid leakage accident,hoping to provide help for relevant institutions and people.
