摘　　要：随着社会经济和科学技术的高速发展,城乡电网对高质量、高可靠性的电能供应提出了越来越高的要求。逐步实现城乡电网的配电自动化、电气化、智能化,以提高整个配电系统的电能和供电可靠性,其社会效益和经济效益都是非常明显的。为此,我国目前正投以巨资对城乡电网进行建设与改造。智能电网就是电网的智能化(智电电力),也被称为“电网2.0”,它是建立在集成的、高速双向通信网络的基础上,通过先进的传感和测量技术、先进的设备技术、先进的控制方法以及先进的决策支持系统技术的应用,实现电网的可靠、安全、经济、高效、环境友好和使用安全的目标,其主要特征包括自愈、激励和包括用户、抵御攻击、提供满足21世纪用户需求的电能质量、容许各种不同发电形式的接入、启动电力市场以及资产的优化高效运行。With the rapid development of social economy and science and technology,urban and rural power grid has put forward higher and higher requirements for high quality and high reliability of power supply.Gradually realize the urban and rural power distribution automation,electrification,intelligence,in order to improve the whole power distribution system and power supply reliability,its social benefits and economic benefits are very obvious.Therefore,China is investing a huge amount of money in the construction and transformation of urban and rural power grids.Smart grid is the grid intelligent(electric power),also known as the"grid"2.0,it is based on the integration,high-speed bidirectional communication network,on the basis of through the use of advanced sensor and measuring technology,advanced equipment technology,the advanced control method,and the application of advanced technology of decision support system,realize the grid reliability,security,economic,efficient and environment friendly and use the security target,Its main features include self-healing,motivating and encompassing users,resisting attacks,providing power quality that meets the needs of users in the 21st century,allowing access to various forms of power generation,initiating power markets,and optimizing and operating assets efficiently.
