摘 要:在含10 mg/kg镉的土壤中分别添加2.5、5.0、7.5、10.0 mmol/kg的螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、草酸(OA)和柠檬酸(CA),研究了它们对香石竹(Dianthus caryophyllus)生长、吸收土壤中镉,以及对土壤中镉活性的影响。结果表明:在施用EDTA 5.0 mmol/kg处理下,香石竹的地上部和单株干重最大,显著高于对照的;在3种螯合剂不同浓度处理下的香石竹地下部干重与对照无显著性差异;EDTA对香石竹吸收镉的促进效果较好,其中施用低浓度(≤10.0 mmol/kg)EDTA有助于香石竹植株各个部位对镉的吸收;CA处理显著提高了香石竹根和叶中的镉含量,且当OA浓度低于7.5 mmol/kg时香石竹各个部位的镉含量均显著高于对照;施用低浓度(≤5 mmol/kg)EDTA不仅有利于香石竹对镉的富集而且有助于镉由地下部向地上部的转移。在本试验设置的浓度范围内,OA对香石竹吸收和累积镉的促进效果优于CA;EDTA、CA和OA的施用均提高了土壤中有效态镉的含量。The cadmium-contaminated soil with a concentration oF10 mg/kg was applied with 2.5,5.0 and 7.5 mmol/kg EDTA,OA and citric acid(CA),respectively,to study the effects on the growth,absorption and activation of cadmium in the soil of Dianthus caryophyllus.The results showed that the dry weight of the above-ground part and individual plant was the largest when EDTA was 5.0 mmol/kg,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference among the dry weight of subsurface treated with EDTA,CA and OA.EDTA assisted Dianthus caryophyllus to absorb cadmium effectively,among which EDTA concentration was lower than 10.0 mmol/kg,which was helpful to absorb cadmium in various parts of Dianthus caryophyllus plants.CA significantly increased the cadmium content in carnation roots and leaves,and OA concentration was lower than 7.5 mmol/kg,the cadmium content was significantly higher than the control.Low concentration of EDTA(≤5 mmol/kg)was not only conducive to the enrichment of cadmium in carnation but also to the transferring of cadmium from underground to aboveground.Under the test setting concentration,the absorption and accumulation effect of OA on cadmium of carnation was more obvious than that of CA.The addition of EDTA,CA and OA increased the content of available cadmium in soil.
