摘 要:分别选用3种不同线密度的腈纶和黏胶纤维,将其分别与锦纶和聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)按质量比为50/22/28混纺,制得6种纱线试样。分别以所得6种纱线为原料,改变针织工艺中的弯纱深度,织制了12种不同的纬平针织物,分析纤维线密度和织物的弯纱深度对黏胶混纺针织物和腈纶混纺针织物抗起毛起球性能的影响,并对两种混纺针织物的抗起毛起球性能进行对比。研究结果表明:相同弯纱深度、不同线密度纤维制成的针织物中,含0.17tex(1.5D)腈纶的混纺针织物和0.10tex(0.9D)黏胶的混纺针织物的抗起毛起球性较好。相同纤维原料、不同弯纱深度的针织物中,弯纱深度为10.0mm的腈纶针织物和黏胶针织物的抗起毛起球性较好。相比黏胶混纺针织物,含抗起毛起球腈纶的混纺针织物的抗起毛起球性能更好。Three kinds of acrylic fibers and viscose fibers with different fineness were used to produce acrylic/nylon/polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)and viscose/nylon/PBT blended yarns with mass ratio of 50/22/28 respectively.The bending depth in the knitting process was changed and twelve different weft-knitted fabrics were fabricated.The effects of the fiber linear density and the fabric bending depth on the pilling resistance of viscose blended knitted fabric and acrylic blended knitted fabric were analyzed,and the pilling resistance of the two kinds of blended knitted fabrics was compared.The research results showed that in knitted fabrics with the same bending yarn depth and different fiber linear density,blended knitted fabrics made from 0.17 tex(1.5 D)acrylic and 0.10 tex(0.9 D)viscose had better anti-pilling performance.Among the blended knitted fabrics with the same fiber raw material and different bending depth,both the acrylic blended knitted fabrics and the viscose blended knitted fabrics with the bending depth of 10.0 mm had better anti-pilling performance.Compared with viscose blended knitted fabric,acrylic fiber blended fabric had better anti-pilling performance.
