摘  要:采用两步法进行经分散染料染色的涤纶织物的剥色:先使用溶胀剂二甲亚砜对涤纶织物溶胀,再采用剥色剂N,N二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)进行染料的溶解剥色。分别探讨了溶胀剂用量、溶胀温度、溶胀时间、剥色剂用量、剥色时间及剥色温度对处理后织物的剥色率、断裂强力保留率和质量保留率的影响。试验结果表明,在染疵品/废旧涤纶织物剥色回收及纤维定性定量分析的剥色应用中,较优的剥色工艺参数如下:溶胀剂二甲亚砜与织物质量比15∶1~17∶1,溶胀温度为110~120℃,溶胀时间为30~40min,剥色剂DMF与织物质量比为15∶1~17∶1,剥色温度为100~110℃,剥色时间为30~40min。The stripping of polyester fabrics dyed with disperse dyes was carried out in two steps:the swelling agent dimethyl sulfoxide was used to swell the polyester fabric,and then the stripping DMF(N,N-dimethylformamide)was used to dissolve the stripping dye.The effects of swelling agent dosage,swelling temperature,swelling time,stripping agent dosage,stripping time and stripping temperature on the stripping rate,breaking strength retention rate and quality retention rate of the treated fabrics were discussed.The results showed that in the application of stripping color recovery of defective goods/waste polyester fabric and qualitative/quantitative analysis of fiber,the optimal stripping process parameters were as follows:swelling agent dimethyl sulfoxide to fabric mass ratio was 15∶1~17∶1,swelling temperature was 110~120℃,swelling time was 30~40 min,stripping agent DMF to fabric mass ratio 15∶1~17∶1,stripping temperature was 100~110℃,and stripping time was 30~40 min.
