收入质量视角下西部农户创业意愿调查研究

摘　　要：依据陕西、甘肃两省906份调研问卷,运用结构方程模型,从收入质量视角切入,本文量化研究了农户创业意愿的影响因素。研究发现,调研样本中72.7%已产生创业意愿,但大部分仍处于犹豫阶段,创业意愿强烈的样本仅占8.6%;收入质量、创业基础、创业氛围以及风控水平对西部农户创业意愿有显著正向影响,其中收入质量影响最大。因此,有关部门应从提高西部农户收入质量方面着眼,同时强化农户创业基础,营造良好的创业氛围,提高农户风险控制水平,激发更多农户产生创业意愿,降低创业犹豫。Based on 906 questionnaires from Shaanxi and Gansu provinces,this paper quantitatively studies the influencing factors of farmers entrepreneurial intention from the perspective of income quality by using the structural equation model(SEM).It is found that 72.7%samples had entrepreneurial intention,but most of them were still in the hesitant stage,and only 8.6%had strong entrepreneurial intention.Besides,the income quality,entrepreneurial basis,entrepreneurial atmosphere and the risk control level of western farmers had a significant positive impact on their entrepreneurial intention,among which income quality had the greatest impact.Therefore,the relevant departments should focus on improving the income quality of farmers in the western region,at the same time,strengthen the entrepreneurial foundation of farmers,create a good entrepreneurial atmosphere,improve the risk control level of farmers,stimulate more farmers to have entrepreneurial intention,and reduce entrepreneurial hesitation.
